11 brave souls took on and survived this year’s Kickathon challenge raising £258 sponsor money to help send our competition team to the British Championships and managed a grand total of 11,461 kicks between them in 15 gruelling sweaty minutes.
Each person delivered as many kicks as possible in 3 x 5 minute sets. The first 5 minutes was front kicks, the second was side kicks and the final 5 minute set was turning kicks.
