The annual sponsored Kickathon challenge is back and we are once again going for a speed kicking challenge.

Each person will complete 3 sets of kicks, with each set lasting 5 minutes, the aim being to do as many kicks as possible in the 15 minutes.

To enable all our members at all the clubs to take part, we will be doing the Kickathon over the course of a week covering all classes at all venues.

All sponsorship monies raised will be used to help purchase new jigsaw mats for the upcoming Fight Night event we are hosting, which will also be used afterwards by the club during training sessions and for outdoor work during the summer months.
