The annual sponsored Kickathon challenge is back and we are once again going for a speed kicking challenge.
Each person will complete 3 sets of kicks, with each set lasting 5 minutes, the aim being to do as many kicks as possible in the 15 minutes.
All sponsorship monies raised will be used to send our members to compete at this year’s British Championships in Margate, Kent.
